I wasn’t worried. I enjoy a haircut. The hum and tingle from the clippers, the warm shaving cream smeared on the back of my neck, it calmed me down. And if the barber took their time it meant he liked you, valued you as a customer. Any guy that walks in looking stiff the barber sits down and gets to snippin’ fast. Bing, bang, boom.
